Senior Living Campus Welcomes Residents in Greenfield, Indiana
In partnership with Randall Residence and Hancock Regional Health, senior living and healthcare real estate firm, Avenue Development, is pleased to announce the grand opening of Randall Residence at Gateway Park. The new aging-in-place campus welcomes residents in independent living cottages and apartments as well as licensed assisted living and memory care apartments.
“Four years ago when we met with Hancock to understand their vision for Gateway Park, it was undoubtedly a location and partnership we felt that we needed to be a part of and forge. This campus embodies everything that Avenue stands for – vision, integrity, community, partnership and purpose. We are grateful to deliver this development for the future residents of Randall Residence at Gateway Park,” says Michael Mattingly, Principal and Co-founder of Avenue. “This campus was designed with intent to focus on health and wellness activity, both inside and out. Partnering with Hancock Health will further our mission to provide access to joint-programming for our residents at this campus and throughout the Hancock Health network.”
Randall Residence at Gateway Park campus amenities include an integrated main-level fitness center and second-floor clubhouse with outdoor patio, a variety of dining venues, theater, meeting and activity spaces, salon and more. The outdoor amenity spaces are designed with purpose as they emphasize keeping aging adults healthy.
“Final touches are being put in place so we are ready for company,” says Christopher Randall, CEO, Randall Residence. “The rooms and amenities are amazing, but now our associates and residents will bring life and energy to this space. I look forward to building ties with the community and seeing the remarkable senior living experiences that will be created here.”
Situated adjacent from the campus, Hancock Health at Gateway Park will provide an opportunity for additional programming to be developed in collaboration with the wellness experts at Hancock Health.
