NCD Partners is proud to announce that Avenue Partners Development, LLC, an affiliate of Avenue Development LLC, in partnership with Randall Residence, LLC, is building senior housing at Hobbs Station, a mixed-use development in the heart of Plainfield, which will bring much-needed, Class-A, and viable options to the area.

The need for senior housing has become increasingly important as the baby boomer generation seeks high-quality housing in a vibrant master planned community that offers a wide range of amenities and services.

Randall Residence at Hobbs Station will be located within the 125-acre mixed-use development, which will also include residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. The senior housing development will feature a variety of floor plans to accommodate different lifestyles and needs, as well as amenities such as fitness centers, community rooms, and outdoor spaces for socializing and relaxation.

At full build-out, Hobbs Station will include up to 240 single-family homes, 650 multi-family residences, 90 senior housing residences, 70,000 square feet of commercial space, 500,000 square feet of logistics space and 200,000 square feet of office space.
