At Avenue Construction, it’s important for us to be brought in the moment an owner has an idea of wanting to do a project. When Avenue Construction is brought in early we are able to help guide the process, add value, and put a construction expert in the room on behalf of the Owner. We approach each opportunity as a partnership working in harmony with the design team with a goal of creating the best set of drawings possible to meet the needs of the Owner.
It’s important to get the drawings right to ensure the building functions as needed for the Owner. It needs to be what they expect and/or envisioned to allow them to be successful with lease up and operations. Not to mention we need to be able to do all of this while hitting a construction budget when the drawings are done. We help ensure pricing by taking the drawings to the market throughout the different stopping points in design to get feedback. This allows for adjustments to be made in prior to going to a set of construction documents to help ensure hard cost budget can be met.
Avenue Construction has built a team that has roughly 150 years worth of senior living experience amongst the top five people within the firm alone? We’ve built over 5,000 senior living units in eight different states.
