His extensive background spanning development and construction—from market research and land acquisition to design procurement, municipal approvals, and project execution—provides a unique perspective that distinguishes him from most general contractors, enabling holistic solutions that align with client and community goals. Fueled by a passion for building communities that enhance lives, Adam drove transformative growth during his 12-year tenure with one of the Midwest’s premier general contractors, overseeing 1 million square feet of senior living and medical facilities valued at nearly $200 million. As a senior living development and contracting leader, he grew revenue from $20 million to $80 million in two years, adding 800,000 square feet to his portfolio. As Vice President of Development at Avenue Development, he spearheaded all facets of development, securing TIFs and approvals. Later, he led a multifamily Exteriors Division, growing revenue from $13 million to $33 million over three years through roofing, siding, windows, and deck projects. Adam has also passed the NASCLA Exam and holds contractor licenses in Indiana, Michigan, and North Carolina, further solidifying his industry expertise.
