Hatfield Medical Group analyzes expansion opportunities at a granular level within submarkets to ensure the patients they serve will have convenient access to quality healthcare.  Avenue worked in tandem with the Hatfield executive team to identify the Apache Junction community, and specifically the town’s historic commercial corridor, when selecting a building for Avenue to repurpose into medical office space.  The entire redevelopment design effort was a continuous collaboration between Avenue and Hatfield, allowing Apache Junction to serve as a prototype expansion model.  Avenue’s expertise in neighborhood centered, primary care clinics was crucial in delivering their partner a building ahead of schedule, and under budget.
