As York’s first senior housing development in nearly 20 years, The Residence at Fitz Farm sets the new standard for senior living in south central Pennsylvania. Designed for the modern consumer, this amenity-rich community promotes IntegraCare’s mission of creating a great place to work, a great place to live, and a safer place for all. Avenue performed extensive market research and collaborated with IntegraCare to identify this historic site in York. Avenue led the entitlement and land development process necessary to develop the site.
