Overview
Serving over 1.6 million patients in the United States, Village Medical has become a major provider of value-based care primary care services throughout the United States. To support its growth, Village acquired Town Square Health to expand in Arizona. Avenue worked with Village to transition and complete this development of a stand-alone primary care medical clinic to serve the greater Tempe community.
Project Summary
As Town Square Health’s real estate partner, Avenue provided site selection and turn-key development services for this former restaurant located near the Arizona Mills Mall in Tempe, AZ. Beyond providing world-class primary care, this clinic is designed to foster community engagement through its educational, wellness and outreach spaces. Opened in summer 2022, this clinic provides much needed primary care to residents of Tempe and surrounding communities.
