Herself Health Crystal is Avenue’s second location in the partnership. After assisting Herself Health to establish a prototype clinic layout and brand standards, Avenue worked in tandem with the Herself Health team to locate an acquisition opportunity for redevelopment that would allow an efficient and cost-effective speed to market process. Avenue provided Herself Health with early and accurate budget forecasting, full-service design, procurement of permits and approvals, tenant improvement construction, and oversight of FF&E procurement.
