Project Summary
In partnership with Randall Residence, we announce the opening of Randall Residence at Gateway Park just outside of Indianapolis, Indiana. This senior living campus consists of independent living cottages and apartments as well as licensed assisted living and memory care apartments and services.
“This has been a project three years in the making, and all of our partners showed up {for the groundbreaking},” says Laurie Schultz, Principal and Co-founder, Avenue. “It’s a true testament to how we truly work with our partners day in and day out and put in all the work together to make this happen, and without everyone working together it wouldn’t be such a success.”
